DDI
Direct Dial In
A Direct Dialling In Number is a number that allows callers to bypass the Main Number and call an individual directly. These can be supplied if it meets your business needs.
EU
End User

FTTC
Fibre To The Cabinet
Fibre to the Cabinet is a form of Broadband, this type of connection utilises traditional and modern cables. A fibre cable runs to your local cabinet, then a copper cable runs the broadband from the cabinet to your premises.
FTTP
Fibre To The Premises
Fibre to the premises is a broadband connection that does not use any copper cables to deliver a broadband service. The entire run of cables is made from fibre optic cables directly to your premises, providing a reliable broadband with high-speed capacity.
FUP
Fair Use Policy
A fair usage policy is designed by network providers to make sure all customers on the network receive a fast and reliable service. The majority of customers will not be affected by a fair usage policy.
GSO
Great Switch Off
Traditional landline phone services are transitioning to digital VoIP technology requiring users to connect their phones via an internet connection. Old copper wire will be replaced with a modern fibre optic infrastructure.

Hosted Voice Select is a fully hosted IP Telephone service.
ISDN
